Awful experience
I am still disappointed on investing on their watches,i bought a watch in Cape Town after receiving a promotion and had it personalised with my surname with hopes of leaving it as an inheritance for my son one day,only to find that the face started to fade within 3 months.When i went back they had moved to who knows where and my calls never returned.

Good service delivery
My watch is stull in good condition,,,,their whtaspp is always attended to, whenever i neede tbeir help i gpt quick response,,, they attend very quick,, im so happy with the service i have received from them (capetown branch) , my watch is still in good condition.

Good service delivery
My watch is stull in good condition,,,,their whtaspp is always attended to, whenever i neede tbeir help i gpt quick response,,, they attend very quick,, im so happy with the service i have received from them (capetown branch) , my watch is still in good condition.

Worst Service Ever
I bought two time pieces online from the PTA store. I had to drive the store twice to get one of my purchases, I call every week to follow up on my order since January. I placed this order and paid for it on the 1st December. Every time call the guy sounds clueless, and ends up lying to me saying “it will arrive this week” for the past 5.2weeks. Same story, today my calls are not answered. I’ve been asking for a refund and getting excuses, this is total nonsense. I will never ever recommend this store to anyone. Worst experience ever. I used to get good service from them 5yrs ago, now it’s absolute rubbish.

Worst Service Ever

1. On 08/11/2021 I purchased a Umakoti custom x1 at Matt Arend Pretoria on their online store. 2. I paid the full purchase price of the wris****ch, which was R5999.00 plus R149.00 delivery fee, totalling R6148.00. The delivery of the wris****ch should have been on the 14.11.2021. 3. However the store has failed to deliver the watch upon the agreed upon date. 4. The store has further failed to communicate when the wrist watch will be delivered. 5.The store has been unjustfiedly enriched by accepting the full purchase price of the wrist watch and failing to deliver it to me in order to complete the sale. 6.The store has been unjustfiedly enriched to my enriched to my detriment. 7. I gave the store communication on 1st trying to get the time piece when that failed on 2 consecutive communication sent I then opted for a refund as no watch was delivered. Am coming to this platform to try and get my money back and the vendor has failed me as the consumer as per our sale agreement. I have been communicating with a guy named Rabelani and he has on numerous times advised me that refund was done verbally once I requested proof of payment he never produced it. Am tired of this people as they are crooks and should not be operating for business at all. Am not sure if Matthias Arend is aware of such happenings under his name and probably one of his franchises. If not well he'll see it now and hopefully do something about that store as it is his ne after all that that store is busy tarnishing. Regards, Unhappy customer.

Money not refunded
I purchased a watch on 25 Sep 2021 but after a week did not receive delivery. When I contacted Matt Arend Pretoria, they responded that they had no stock and would refund me. I have been calling and emailing since then, with empty promises to refund me. It is now 2 months later and I am still waiting.

Watch taken for repairs but never returned
I received my watch but didn't even last 6 months. Reported to them and they sent instructions to wind the watch it didn't work and they told me to send my watch back to them for repairs which i did. I never got a report why the watch stopped working until i asked them for the watch back . They told me to pay R500 for service. I told them not to service it they must return my watch i ll look for repairs locally. That was in May 2021 till today watch hasn't been returned. Contacted them again asking them to post back my watch they said they will. Its October now and I still don't have my watch back. I have complained on their adverts on Facebook but no luck. I paid R1 600 for a watch i don't use till now.
