Do not purchase from this company. We experienced the worst service we have ever encountered. We ordered a chest of drawers, and the store manager, Cindy, assured us that it would be assembled inside the room where it was meant to go. However, when it arrived, it had already been assembled outside in the rain without our consent. Only one delivery person arrived, as the assistants were not allowed into the estate due to not having the required documentation (valid passports). As a result, the chest of drawers was left in our kitchen. After numerous calls requesting that they move the item upstairs and assemble it in the correct room—a service we paid for—they finally sent someone who had the proper documents. The item understandably did not fit up the staircase, so it had to be dismantled and rebuilt, resulting in significant damage: multiple chips, scratches, and broken corners. We have spent more than a month trying to get this resolved. The company continues to give different excuses and has failed to replace the damaged parts as promised. Their service has been irresponsible and dishonest. Once they receive payment, they show no concern for proper delivery or the condition of the item.

From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and stress-free. She was always on top of delivery dates and timing, keeping me updated at every step. What really stood out to me was how available she was — whether it was on WhatsApp, over the phone, or even in person, she always made sure to answer my questions and assist me with anything I needed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, professional, and genuinely caring about their customers. Sharleen truly went the extra mile, and I deeply appreciate all her hard work. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order, placed in March 2025. The order included a special-order couch and a table with Soho chairs. At the time of purchase, I was advised that all items would be delivered within a maximum of 10 weeks. My primary concern is the consistently poor communication and apparent incompetence of my designated salesperson, Sharlene. Throughout this process, I have been forced to initiate contact repeatedly to obtain updates, as Sharlene has consistently failed to follow through on her commitments to provide information. This lack of proactive communication has been incredibly frustrating. The situation has been further exacerbated today, May 30, 2025. I was previously informed that the couch would be delivered today. However, upon calling to confirm delivery times, I was unexpectedly informed by Sharlene that the couch is not yet ready and will require "a few more days." This last-minute notification is unacceptable and indicative of the poor planning and communication I have experienced from the outset. I am deeply upset and irritated by the substandard service provided by Sharlene. Her handling of my order has been consistently unprofessional and, in my opinion, demonstrates a severe lack of competence. I find it difficult to reconcile the significant amount of money I have spent with the quality of service I have received. Such service reflects poorly on your company's reputation, as effective communication is paramount in customer relations. I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address these serious concerns.

hey guys i just wanted to let you know that i’m not happy with the quality of your beds 3 weeks ago i bought a bed at mall@reds but already the springs of the bed makes sounds 😭😭i’m really not happy

Great service from all, especially Chris. We were not harassed and were allowed to take our time looking around and all questions were politely answered. We ended up purchasing a better sofa set than we actually went there for, Thanks to the advice of Chris. Delivery was prompt and painless (2 days later). Sofa looks great and has a guarantee so hoping quality also lasts. Keep it up Guys, well done
