I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received following our recent purchase at your Centurion Lifestyle Centre store on Saturday. We purchased two queen beds and headboards, and were assured in-store that delivery would take place on Monday, 5 May. The store was fully aware that we reside in Hartbee****rt and had our delivery address on record. However, on Monday, my wife was contacted and informed that delivery could only take place on Wednesday, 7 May, due to our location. We had made it very clear that no one would be available at home on Wednesdays. These beds were purchased specifically for our children’s upcoming birthdays on Friday, as part of a room makeover. This delay has placed us in a very difficult position, as the absence of the beds will significantly impact the surprise and joy we had planned for them. We urgently request that this delivery issue be resolved as soon as possible. We expect the beds to be delivered to avoid further disappointment. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.

Purchased a king size memory foam bed that collapsed 2 months after purchase. We had to beg Mohammed for 2 weeks to get it collected to be repaired which failed within 3 days & again tried to reach out to Mohammed which fell on deaf ears. Inferior product, poor service delivery & there is no after sales service. Lesson learned, I would rather pay extra with a reputable company with quality products & legitimate guarantees in place

I would like to lodge a complaint against the mattress and couch factory outlet centurion. Good day, We bought a brown corner recliner on the 11 of June 2024 however upon delivery we received a recliner 3 Piece. I immediately informed the sales person and the exchanged was scheduled which roughly took 3 days, the corner recliner was delivered and i only realized when i knocked off that it was the wrong colour again i immediately alerted the sales person who asked me to bring the arm rest and take pics just to verify which i did. He assured me that he will follow up with the warehouse about the mix up and ever since the second delivery i been making follow ups to no avail, on the 26th of august 2024 i did another follow up where i was asked to please be patient as there is currently no stock for the brown set which made me think that initially the stock was not there and the grey was deliberately delivered just so i could return the 3 piece as its more expensive. On the last conversation i had with Prince the sales person where he asked to please bear with him and he will get in contact with me as soon as he has stock i asked him what about these grey couches as we don't have anywhere to sit who will take responsibility should anything happen to them? he asked me to please keep them with me till the exchange is done, I realized that weeks were passing by and am not receiving any communication from him i went to the store and was told he is no longer employed there. I emailed the store manager and was told that since I been using the couches they cannot exchange them for me instead can reimburse me R1000 which am not happy with because this is not the colour I want and I was vocal about it from the word go. The store has now put the whole responsibility of the mess on me. I would like for them to either exchange or refund me as I have neva dealt with such horrible customer service.

I bought dining table set and special order couch at Mattress and Couch Kwagga Mall Shop and got a call two weeks before collection and told that the special couch is ready, upon collection at the warehouse I was told that they don't have the right colour of chairs that I bought and by that time I am with the delivery car that I hired to deliver the furniture to Limpopo, secondly at first I was told that the special order couch is not ready, this is the couch I got a call two weeks before collection that it was ready. I was made to wait for almost an hour while they are looking for it, and by the time they said they got it, it was rapped in plastics which are not transparent and loaded in the delivery car, and as for the chairs I was then made to go collect the once on display at the shop which are not even clean of which I did. Upon arrival in Limpopo I had to open the special couch package which was sealed in plastics which are not transparent, only to realise instead of 7 cushions they only put 6 cushions. Upon realising I immediately took a picture and send to the sales man stationed at Kwagga Mall Matress and Couch Shop who informed me that the warehouse is closed he will lease with them when they reopen in January. to my surprise today I was told that the warehouse said the cushion might have been lost in transit and there is nothing they can do to assist. The cushions were rapped all together with the couches and i only managed to open that package upon arrival in Limpopo and realised that it is incomplete. There is no sign of professionalism and they don't want to take responsibility at all. Stay away from this ****mers.

A big thank you to Addy and staff at Mattress and Couch Factory Outlet Centurion. Purchased a double orthopeadic base set on Sunday 22 Dec. Wife changed mind on this morning - Monday 23 Dec, wanted a Queen size. Called the outlet spoke to Sanders and Addy, order was changed and delivered by Jeff at around 13h45 this afternoon. Thank you for excellent service.

I completed a lay-by in June and till this day I have not received it. They have been saying “they don’t have stock” till this day and I followed up and they tell me they had stock and sold it. Really good at taking money but terrible at delivering

Do NOT trust their delivery timing schedule. Day of payment it was agreed 4 weeks for me to have my couch. When I called then 3 weeks in to see how progress is going with manufacturing, they have not even started and then told me I would have to wait 8 weeks for the couch and not the original 4 weeks as agreed upon when payment was requested. Shows you, will promise anything to get the sale, but then not deliver to their customers as agreed upon.
