Violent Assault

******** violently assaulted and left gashes from whips and burns from hot wax on my brother in law, despite repeatedly being told “no”. We paid for the “Bachelor chair” for my brother in law’s bachelor party. He was tied to a chair in front of the entire bar, so we saw everything that happened. What we thought would be a wild, funny and ***y experience turned into a nauseating display of ***ual assault. Now I’m not sure if Sherry (the ********) went rogue or this is what the club allows but it was nothing short of horrific. Although the description does mention use of whips, Sherry hit him with a regular whip and a Cat o' nine tails as hard as humanly possible, over and over again despite my brother in law grimacing in pain, shaking his head and saying very clearly to stop. Then came the hot candle wax which is not mentioned in the description, he once again said “no” very clearly, to which she proceeded to pour the burning wax over his bare chest. Now, I am all for a wild night at Mavericks, but this was nothing short of an illegal and very clearly non-consensual assault. If the roles were reversed and a male ******** had done this to a woman, the police would’ve been called immediately and had the ******** arrested, rightfully so. We cannot tolerate non-consensual violence towards any gender. The rest of the night was ruined as we all felt sick to our stomachs having watched this violence, hoping she would stop. My brother in law was in so much pain, I won’t post the photos of how bad the gashes left on him the next morning were, because it’s just so horrible to look at. “No” means “no” whatever gender you are. Absolutely disgusting display. We’ve been to Mavericks many times before and always had a fun time, I sincerely hope this situation was an outlier and will never ever be repeated. The deep gashes will still be there on his wedding in a few days.
