Bad service ever

Very bad service from them, we did a online order, we selected the correct parts, lowering kit for a Volkswagen Golf 1 , we have received the parts , as we wanted to fit them we saw that the front coils are way to big, we checked the box and it says Toyota ? They supp**** the wrong parts after we order the correct ones. And they don't have any customer services ! Very disrespectful and they have WhatsApp numbers but they don't even answer, you have to follow up. Now they don't want to refund us or send new ones, We are based in Mpumalanga and they are in Durban , so we cant just drive and get the correct one! Will never buy from them again
