Do not buy online

Bought item from them on the 2nd of January 2025 online it is today the 17th no response from them whatsoever, I phoned them twice emailed them twice and send an WhatsApp on their WhatsApp nr no response every time I phoned they say that someone from the online department will phone me back shortly ....nothing . They must rather not do a online option I can see on all the reviews that is a disaster I should have read these first before I oderd then I would have definitely not bought from them not worth the wait
