BLOEMFONTEIN DRIVERS HARRASSING PASSENGERS AND THE COMPANY NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

MAXIM Taxis BLOEMFONTEIN drivers are harrassing clients/passengers. They are forcing passengers to change mode of payment to cash and do a Payshap transfer BY FORCE and if you refuse they become aggressive. I have honestly had drivers that are very professional however the majority is making the good ones look very bad.

The disheartening part is that the company itself is not doing anything about this when we complain. You receive NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, NO RESPONSE nothing. We are NOT saying the app should be cancelled but just merely consider our safety. Some drivers come with cars that are not reflecting on the app of which obviously they are deceiving the app but if you report it they do absolutely nothing. I will say again I have encountered professional drivers in the app and complaint is not with the drivers but with the COMPANY that is running this app. MAYBE PEOPLE SHOULD JUST BOYCOTT this app all together including myself as off today. THE HARRASSMENT is getting out of hand.
