Bought my used Mazda CX-5. Very satisfied client. Sales agent Brandon Spence and Manager Josh, went above and beyond to assist me. I had 2 complaints, but it got sorted out without any hassle. Lady in finance was very pleasant and helpful. Great dealer and would refer them.

Your items will go missing, be it parts of the vehicle or items within the vehicle. Book your car in at Mazda Fourways at your own risk. You will get disrespected and giving the runaround. Itβs no surprise that this dealership is falling apart, their service is appalling.

There has really been a Significant change to this dealership. I am proud to say this was happiness! I wanna thank Brandon ( Salesman ) and Willie ( DP ) and Megan ( F&I ) for helping me obtain my new vehicle In under 1hr. I got everything I asked for in this time. I am so disappointed with level of service that I got from this dealership, to think that i bought 2 of my vehicles there and the treatment I got these 2 days is shocking. Due to the inflation rate I contacted the dealer and was promised by the dealer principle Mr Willie Scheepers that the amount of R205000.00 will be paid by the 14/07/2023. To my surprise when I got to the bank yesterday to pay the balance I was informed that no payment was made and the account will remain open. I then contacted the D.P and he said he will email me the proof of payment. Waited up until the bank closed no email was sent, meanwhile he was just not answering my call. Now I called the bank and they said since the payment was not received there is an additional amount of R810.36 that I need to pay. How is this fair? On my next car purchase I will play far and will not recommend Hatfield Group.

I bought a car from this so-called best Mazda dealership in the country. I paid for registration and licensing, but they failed to register the car till the permit expired. I did the registration myself at my cost, now it is a mission to get a refund. The salesman Matthew simply ignores emails and WhatsApp messages. This very same Matthew was very responsive before my bank paid them. This is a huge dealership that can easily refund a mere R900 but they are simply refusing hoping I will eventually give up. This is ***** business practice. I have bought many cars previously, but this is the first time I encounter such ************* and ********* salesman. Guys please be careful of these supposedly best dealerships that fail to deliver as promised. But if you ever find yourself at that place, please avoid this salesman who just want to close your sale and then dumps you.

This has been the worst Mazda to do a trade in with. On the 30th of June I traded in my Mazda cx3 with this dealer. When I wento to fetch the new Mazda 2 which was supposedly a new car, I found the car with over 400km. Everything was finalized and as went inside the car my husband saw the km and we refused to take the car in that condition as they claimed it was new. The promised to bring a new car the following week whi h was the 3rd of July but they ony brought it on the 4th of July. This time the car did not have a smash and grab like the one we were supposed to take on Friday. Now had to wait for Bongani to send me the details for smash and grab up until Friday where I called the manager who sent someone to come so it at my home. That was done. Then on the 11th Absa vehicle finance that financed my Cx3 called to tell me they have not received any settlement from mazda fury Fourways. I have been calling from Monday and sending emails Megan and Bongani simply tell me they Wil let me know once settlement has been done. What the **** is this.. I'm so regretting trading in with them they have been the worst dealers ever, fraudsters and very incompetent.
