MBA auto worst customer service

Beware of this car dealership. I have been done in by one of their car sales men. Promises of taking a car off my hand as it is. Collecting it from the garage its standing himself. I just had to assist with R9700 to arrange the collection and it would be worked in by my deal. Today almost a year later he disappeared with my money, not answering my phone calls and the dealership keeps telling me he is on leave. I have all the evidence and will be taking this further. Not just did he cost me the money lost, but also payments missed as he said they will be settling it day after day, week after week until I got black listed. Now I am going to the ombudsman then a ******** case. As everytime I wanted to stop the deal they were apparently busy with a car at MBA and they have a guy there thats checking the car for any faults. When it comes to delivery there is always an issue, either they are struggling with the papers, or suddenly they didn't get my car from where it was standing as his guys **** to him. Everytime he had some kind of story and I got desperate because I believed him and that was used against me. So not everyone is as honest as they seem .
