McCoy Glass
Please avoid these people at ALL cost. They were outsourced by My Glass ( I don't know why My Glass took on the job from my Insurance if they couldn't deliver themselves) to replace 2 broken glass panels of a cabinet on the 19th of October. After MANY promises to deliver, I'm still without the promised panels. Whenever they say that they will come back to me, they never do....1 lie upon the other. Please add ZERO star rating, because I don't even want to give them a 1 Star rating at all.

Scam
I paid R51k for low e glass and white translucent glass. MC Coy sent the quote to the contractor, which was forwarded to me the client. I paid the amount and sent the proof of payment to McCoys directly. Mc Coys accepted the money however failed to issue me with an invoice. Subsequently Mc Coys changed the quote and delivered cheap clear glass to the contractor without notifying me. When we picked up on this scam, we reached out to Andre advising him not to release any materials, but despite that Andre from Mc Coys abused my money and sent the incorrect glass to my premises please note McCoys was parry to this and we will be exposing the full extent of this scam. In addition when we queried why the incorrect material was delivered, McCoys said it's got nothing to do with them.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER
On the 9th July 2019 a truck from mccoys glass drove in to us on the shoulder lane in broad daylight resulting in me being sandwiched between two cars, hospitalized for 2 weeks and on bed rest for an additional 7 weeks. Upon contacting mccoys glass to claim for the damaged vehicles with one being written off I was connected to a rude disorganized and unprofessional guy named Ashin. He has lost all documents in relation to the accident is not willing to task anyone to get information such as police reports and is showing no sign of ever getting this claim sorted. Iv been calling every second day and his always to busy to sort out my claim. Ashin represents Mccoy glass negatively and should be dealt with decisively. The insurance did mention that Mccoy feels they were not at fault but up to date have not submitted any documentation to prove their innocence. This is worst service iv ever received by far

<p>I wanted my glass to be cut by my supplier , Glass Partners in Vanderbijl Park. They where unable to help me because their glass cutter was broken at the time. Mr Martin revered me to Mc Coys Glass but they where also unable to help me because I'm not a registerd customer. Glass Partners had an account and told me to go and see Laurance with the sketch and sizes to get my glass cut. They made the side curves so terrible that it seemed unprofessional and the width and length was not according to the sizes on the sketch. They made Glass Partners take the blame for all the faulty size but it was Laurance's because he had the sketch with the sizes! I will never do bussiness with Mc Coys Glass again! But Glass Partners has my full support and will go a long mile with them! </p>
