I was referred to mc motors by professional Dr, I trusted him. I had a very bad experience ever, my case is still on the process. I bought a Ford ranger double cab 4x4 for my mom cash. I collected the car Saturday 30/09/2023. I went home to show my mom, on my way back to Klerksdorp they called me, they said my mom passed away I had to go back it was on the 01/10/2023💔 😢 😭. On my way back the car made a strange sound then I pulled over to check, oil was leaking underneath. I called Funnie he was the person that helped when buying a car at the dealership. The car was towered. That time it was were I needed it most, Ok Fine after the funeral I went back to the dealership I told Funnie that since my mom was no more and I didn't know what was wrong with the car, I don't need it. I want my money 💰 back. Change of ownership was not done. I only had that car for 24 hours.After some few months Funnie called me they wanted to negotiate... I refused I reported them to MIOSA, the report was that they must pay me back my money. I am still fighting for my money with their attorney. My lesson was listen to your instinct never trust a person and if you want to buy a car go to the known dealership like Toyota, Ford or BMW....

Good day I buy my car with MC Motors a few months age. I phone them to tell them that my car dont have n spare wheel. They said it must been stolen. But it is impossible for someone to steel it because they have to open the boot to let down the spare wheel. So it is not stolen. The one door they re spray and now it is lift up every where. The radio of the car is from the begining not correct. Yesterday i contact them again and still i did not here of them.

A huge thanks to MC Motors Klerksdorp for assisting me on buying my Toyota Etios Cross. Within a week after having a look at the car and contacting them, I recieved my documentation on Monday 10/01/2022 and they delivered my vehicle yesterday evening 11/01/2022. A special thanks to * Marno Bezuidenhout* the salesman who assisted me. Great service guys. Keep it up!

I've experience the most appalling customer service ever from this dealer! Eric, who is one of the sales managers there has been extremely unpleasant to work with and a total disregard for customer service! Upon purchasing a vehicle there, the sales consultant instructed me to do the license disk and plates back in Joburg and then reimburse me for the money spent. After doing all the necessary documentation and payment, it has been and uphill battle to get my refund from JLR Durban. I've had to phone Eric on numerous occasions to sort out my refund and to a certain extent, he wanted me to cover the testing of the vehicle with my own account! Absolutely no compassion, or customer service at his interest. Over a month and I cannot believe I have to "fight" for my refund.

Good day, I have been having constant problems with my Renault Qwid Dynamic , my key stopped working, my indicators stopped working, and I had a leak inside the vehicle when it rained, all this within the first month of purchase! It went for a service but Renault did not even check my exhaust pipe which is messed up from the back. Not only this I had to pay to repair this from out of my own pocket R150 and then not even a week later the entire exhaust broke from the back to the front. This amount of which I still have not been reimbursed for either. I was quoted then by Renault R6000 to fix the exhaust and was told that it has been tampered with. Not only that the front the sensor is now also leaking. I am beyond disappointed in the level of service I have received. I have had to constantly be the person calling back for feedback and updating on endless problems with the vehicle, this is especially bad considering that this is my first vehicle purchase and the sales person was aware it is my first vehicle on day of closing the sale. This is not the experience I was expecting to receive and should not be. I have been receiving excuses, and made to feel like I am the bad person in this situation when actually the fault lies with the company and not myself.
