MC Rentals 4 All pay back my R10 000

I payed R10 000 deposit without a contract signed last year November to a lady by the name of Doreen and didn’t move in ,she promised to pay it back once they have new tenants and they do I went to the unit 13 Villa Toledo they said they moved in on 1 February 2025. MC Rentals 4 All don’t want to pay my R10 000 back
