No care rental agency
As a landlord and investor this is the rental company you DONT want, to look after your investment(s). Unprofessional, arrogant with a "don't care" attitude. Commission collecting agency. Not doing their selection process or any other process/ tasks/ inspections properly. A brand new Defy oven lasts 3 years, according to them that is normal and I have to install a new oven after 3 years? ( otherwise we wont find new tenants?) Proper inspections should have kept the outgoing tenants liable for the damage to the stove/ oven. This was not done or dealt with properly. Their new tenants did arrive December 2023 and by July 2024 they were R30k in the rears with rental, almost R20k in outstanding utility bills. Another R28k to vacate their tenants and another R35 600 to fix the property. If you a tenant looking for an agency where you can stop paying after 2 months and stay free after that, MC Rentals 4 All is for you. If you a landlord wanting to loose R100k in a few months, look no further.

20 Sept 2024, 06:13We have been managing this Landlord's property for a while now and never had any issues previously. If the Landlord was dissatisfied with our services why didn't he give his Property to another rental agency to manage?
These Tenants referred to in the review that we placed started having financial difficulties and even though we did follow the correct procedures according to the customer protection act, they refused to vacate. Our business was established in 2009 and we have a well know reputation. This is the fist time we had such a situation where the Tenants refused to vacate.
We asked our Attorney which was aware of the whole situation to make contact with the Landlord in assisting with an eviction order which they did, but the Landlord didn't respond to the Attorney's correspondence. He kept on stating he isn't aware of what is going on with the situation as we didn't update him, even though we informed him accordingly on a regular basis.
At the end of the day our Attorney couldn't assist any further as the Landlord didn't want to give his co-operation.
A letter from the Board was delivered to our offices where the Tenant opened a case against the Landlord as he went ahead with an illegal eviction by going to the Property himself, removed their belongings and changed the locks leaving the Tenants without accommodation.
We had to settle the account at our Attorney for the work that was done by them even though we couldn't follow through with the procedure.
We feel this is an unfair review as we tried to assist the Landlord but he went ahead with the illegal way which we weren't aware of until we received the Letter from the Board.
According to his review non of the figures he is referring to are correct.
