Be cautious!!!!

After seeing an ad from them we contacted them for a ups solution. We made a immediate payment for the deposit (as requested by them) to them and there has been an excuse ever since. We're 10 days later without any unit. - They would've initially delivered the system within 2-3 days after receiving payment. - Then there was an issue with one of the suppliers, - Then their truck broke down and they can't make delivery (we offered to go pick it up and we we're told that it would be too far for us), - Then they apparently sold the system to another client and delivered it to that client via COURIER SERVICE????? - They offered to refund us, after we received the proof of payment which didn't look legitimate (we also have accounts with the same bank and could compare) we contacted the bank to confirm, we then called them out on it (telling them that the pop is fake) and they told us they stopped the payment (after 19:00 in the evening so they must have super powers) and would deliver the system on Thursday (2022-11-03 - not even 2 days later).

If we do receive the unit on the arranged date and time I will rectify this rating but so far the indication is that they're just stealing deposits and we would hate for someone else to also become a victim since these systems are so expensive.
