I went to the McDonald's at Nkomo Village in Atteridgeville Pta West. Me and my daughter made our orders at the ordering machine as per McDonald's operations.My daughter had her money and she paid at the counter, I then paid for my order at the machine. T
The experience was horrible, staff belittling and no showing empathy or even be considerate and apologetic.

Most horrible experience
I am totally disgusted at the service today. I placed my order, payment was taken and no one bothers to let me know I will not get my order. When I checked at delivery time I see that it is not being delivered and that the burger meal is not even available. I tried calling their customer service and mcdelivery call centre's that are open till 9pm, but no calls accepted as systems off. I went to the Vangate mall store to see if they can help, and I am **** to that one is getting the manager and next she is the manager. When I explain my situation, the staff start communicating in their own language and not even to me. Finally I am told the boss is at the back. No apology from anyone or how they can fix the situation. I have now had to pay for another meal for my daughter, and use petrol where I already paid for delivery with my order. This has been the most frustrating experience I have had. The email address for mcdelivery also bounced back which was what the store boss gave me. This morning I get through to mcdelivery call centre and politely I am told my refund will take 3 days. I will never use the McDonalds app again or the Vangate store as this is pathetic service!!!

I bought Mega Mc****in and it wasn't fresh at all.. What a waste of Money.. :(

McDonald's dropping the ball
McDonald's in Elis Park got the my order wrong after i mentioned it was wrong they then took more than 20mins to do a breakfast wrap with fries. And lastly they made me feel and look like I was in the wrong for mentioning they were wrong, I am not impressed with your service and I will be telling all my friends about this. PS the was only 3 customers in the store and 2 cars in the drive thru

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Payed for my order at 19:35:32 my order was 3260 but at 20:00 I asked the lady infront to check for my order because it's been on the screen for over 10 minutes but she has no customer service ethics. She just looked at me and carry on helping other customers that ordered after me and more than what I ordered. 3263 and 3261 was called before me and she kept on ignoring me. When I told her that I will write a review o hello peter and said I want to take a photo of her she brought my order. Why do you have to get angry before they start helping you and making a scene in the franchise. If they don't want to do their jobs there is plenty of youngsters that is just waiting for an opportunity. Get competent employees that wants to do the job.
