This company mdi-global run online surveys using an app called Refreshme which offer a drink diary surveys which run for 7 days and they pay R150 upon completion payments are processed every after 2 weeks so now they have delayed payments morethan 3 months now and they don't communicate with us as participants for me personally i have now done 3 drink diaries and 1 none drink diary survey the accumulated money is R570 which they must pay me but up until now they haven't paid me this people are using us

There is a company called MDI that conducts online market research. This company has an app called Refreshme where they offer paid surveys. One of the main issues we’re experiencing is that many of us are complaining about the same thing that MDI is taking advantage of us and no longer wants to pay us for completing the Drinks Diary surveys. The Drinks Diary is supposed to pay R150 when completed for 7 consecutive days. However, it has now been 4 months since I started completing these R150 Drinks Diaries, and not once have I received the payment. I'm not alone many others are facing the same issue and are complaining. It’s starting to feel like the Refreshme app is actually a data mining app. We're wasting our mobile data to complete these diaries, thinking we’ll be paid, but they refuse to pay. Even when we try to contact them, they don’t respond. They just stay silent. This company is not trustworthy at all. I don’t understand how other companies trust MDI with their money because it’s clear that MDI is taking money from those companies and then deceiving people by promising to pay for these Drinks Diaries while never actually paying anyone. They are exploiting people and taking advantage of us. This company should be shut down. They’ve ignored all our messages for the past 4 months and still haven’t paid us what we’re owed. I honestly suspect MDI might even be involved in money laundering they are not to be trusted. The people behind MDI and the Refreshme app are just ****mers.

I have been contacting a customer service but no response I lot my number that I registered with so now I want to ask if it possible to change number,I have been rejecting my payments more then 2 times now ,this is so sad

I'm extremely disappointed with RefreshMe's service. After receiving a voucher without a PIN, I've been unable to access my funds. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I've been met with complete silence. As a long-time participant of their drink diaries and surveys, I expect better communication and assistance. The lack of response and support from RefreshMe is shocking. I've tried reaching out to Standard Bank, but they've directed me back to RefreshMe, who remains unresponsive. Issues: - Voucher received without PIN - Poor customer service - Unresponsive support team - Lack of communication Resolution: I'm still waiting for RefreshMe to resolve this issue. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and communication. Recommendation: Until RefreshMe improves their customer service, I would caution others against using their services.

The app has become worse we can't change our profile, if you want to change your registered number it's impossible. We receive our money later and sometimes we don't get our money they always Tell to call standard Bank to help us and standard Bank refuse to help with our voucher or pin .

This people use you to do their job and when they have to pay you they send you incomplete payment details, I did 2 drink diaries for 2 consecutive months and when I redeemed my incentive they sent me a Standard Bank LTD Instant Money Voucher without a PIN when I call standard Bank they say they can't access the reset option for Instant Miney Vouchers sent by MDI Africa on their site, but they can help you only if you need a voucher, of which I find confusing because they checked and saw that I had money in my Standard Bank Instant Money Pocket/Account but still they can't help me, it's been almost 2 weeks with me trying to contact MDI Global, I texted on both the app. customer service, I sent countless emails and even called the number they out on their website but when you call that number a machine takes your call and tells you to leave your contact details and full names and they will call you back but even today I called again and I have never even once received feedback
