MDS is a Liar
I paid them in June I have not recieved money nor have they paid my creditors I call they never respond I think these guys are scam I am planning to open a case of fraud

MDS is not a great company
My name is Lucky Mofokeng and I'm still not happy with MDS, I have been fighting for my refund since March 2020. Now they are no longer taking my calls. Becareful guys.

I joint the MDS in February 2020 When I started paying them I am battling to get hold of them because my debtors keeps on phoning and threatening as they do net get any payments I am very disappointed and upset any one else have problems getting hold of them

Unfortunately I have not received a response from MDS. I am still waiting for my refund even today.

Attempting to be refunded by MDS dessolve and resolve Cape Town
Good day all, I had the worst experience ever with Mediation Debt Solution based in Cape Town. I was promised that as long as I pay my name will be cleared with itc while the pay my debts on my behalf. None of the creditors was paid and now they don't want to repay me my money. Please don't trust them.

Attempting to be refunded by MDS dessolve and resolve Cape Town
Good day all, I had the worst experience ever with Mediation Debt Solution based in Cape Town. I was promised that as long as I pay my name will be cleared with itc while the pay my debts on my behalf. None of the creditors was paid and now they don't want to repay me my money. Please don't trust them.

Guys please be careful out there, MDS does not not want to pay back my money. YOLANDA is not even returning my calls. I think they a professional scammers.

You know Jenny, not everyone feels like you do. You need to ask yourself why...? MDS has helped and still help over thousands of clients. These are things that take time to process, you know how our country's court system works. Now ask why your husband's name was not cleared, he most likely had an account that was still listed on ITC that he did not disclose... Very bad I was also assisted by MDS and all my accounts was paid and my name was cleared. The magistrate wants to see that you can pay your accounts so your husband has an account that he ran away from. Remember Jenny, when you point a finger know that 4 fingers is pointing back at yourself
