REFUND NOT RECEIVED
On the 3rd of Sep 2024 we cancelled our Round up 25ltr with them. its been months now since we have not received our refund The Zimbabwean company directors are NYENGERAI, ASHELEY RUDO and CHIIMBA, GILBERT TAKABVEYO. Their offices are based in 24 THE HOMESTEAD, GAUTENG.

Anyone with information on this company as I placed my order with them about a month ago.They have one cell no that no one answers and no response to emails.I paid for the order and no whereabouts of the goods.

I ordered and paid for an oxigen cilinder about a month ago. Absolutely no communication. I received an email 3 weeks ago that stated that it would be shipped the next day. Until today there has been no communication from them and they ignore every attempt to make contact with them! Do NOT support this company!!!

Scam
This is a scamster company. I order an oxygen cylinder from them and paid via EFT. After 5 days they say I must pay shipping although the original order said free shipping.. When I pointed it out to them and told them to refund me or I will get the blacklisted,they sales person made it a race issue.
