Very disappointed by this doctor Lungi and his staff as my gran went to this doctor for help telling him she can only pay end of the month and this happened twice he helped her he helped another guy today and so when I was sitting there telling the lady I want to see the doctor but can only pay end of the month she made me sit there in the que so when it was my turn they made a big schene because I'm not a paying patient but as I said I would pay end of the month as even the doctor made a schene they did this all because of what???? I am so sick and they refuse but I've been with them more than 5years always paying first time asking for this kinda help very bad receptionist she was rude from the start disrespectful and I feel this is very unfair towards people needing help. I will never go back there and would not recommend anyone to attend this disrespectful place. The doctor also gives medicine to anyone attending with and now he has changed towards me for what reason he only knows

Dr M. Ncayiyana MBChB(ukzn) Medical Practice PR No.1036505/MP0861820 I went to consult on his room today doing a follow up on my 21months daughter who is not well after we had consulted with him last week. Upon on our arrival my husband and I, we didn't have the file number but had brought our medical aid number as they had said if you don't have the file number bring along the medical aid card. The receptionist(girl) then said they cant assist us without the file number as they have a problem with the Wi-Fi, As my husband was a bit confused with the statement another receptionist(male) then said and I remember providing you with the number Sir where is it. My husband asked if didn't have the number on my phone since he forget his at home, and I said to him no I don't have it but how is it that they wont assist us without the number because we have the medical aid number. I then said a bit irritated if they cant assist then let leave but irritated by their statement, then the girl receptionist said there is no need to for your wife to be upset (with a big attitude mood) because our Wi-Fi is not working and cant locate the file. As irritated I was I said but I was not talking to you which then an argument started and the receptionist kept pointing a finger on me and told us to leave and threating me I also responded to her with the finger pointing at her that this is not the kind of service you would give to your customer and I will not leave I need the Dr. I then requested for the Dr which Dr Ncayiyana then stepped out of the office and escorted me outside with my husband and said he wanted to discipline me for masking noise and he wont discipline his staff cause she is currently working. My husband requested to speak to him separately since he can see I'm not okay which he did not want to and insisted to discipline me a patient but doesn't does not want to hear my side of the story and he held me by grip on my arm which it was okay for him to do that to me to his staff but showing how angry I was for him doing that to me the staff accused me I cant speak the Dr in that manner. Dr Ncayiyana last statement which dismally made me to leave he said "with all of the attitude can I still trust him with my daughter's live" putting it clearly that he can now do anything to my daughter which can be harmful or not. I was very much not happy dissatisfied with the poor service of the practice. Dr Ncayiyana dismally undermined me . Dr Ncayiyana didn't treat me as an important person to him as a customer to him. Dr Ncayiyana violented my rights as a customer. Dr Ncayiyana was aggressive towards me and my husband. Dr Ncayiyana had no respect to me as a customer after telling him this is a follow up my on daughter's illness. Dr Ncayiyana did not what to assist my daughter which he helped the first time but not on follow up.
