MY BROTHER WAS BEING ADMITTED ON 14022026. WHEN HE WAS IN WARD B29 & B30 HE WAS ON OXYGEN FULL TIME NURSES SAID THEY ARE WAITING FOR OXYGEN PATIENT WILL BE DISCHARGED HOME WITH IT. *I LEFT PATIENT WITH NOTE PAD BOOK, BIG BALL POINT, CRUCH 100% APPLE JUICE, MAYNARDS SWEETS PACKET AND NEWS PAPER. COURIER MAN PHONED TO ME WHEN I WAS DRIVING TO LADYSMITH SAID HE WAS BROUGHT A MACHINE FOR MY BROTHER AND I DIRECTED HIM TO WHERE MY BROTHER IS STAYING AND LEFT IT TO MY SISTER AS I FIRSTLY ASKED WHY NOT DELIVER TO HOSPITAL WHERE PATIENT WAS ADMITTED, NO RESPONSE. SUDDENLY MEDICLINIC SAID MY BROTHER WAS DISCHARGED TO COME BEFORE 12H00, AFTER 12HOO THEY GOING TO CHARGED R2000, 00😡 ***THAT WAS VERY BAD SITUATION, I ASKED THAT LADY NURSE CAN SHE CHECK FOR ME WHEN ORDERILENG FOR PATIENT WHETHER OXYGEN CYLINDER BEING ORDERED FOR PATIENT? THAT NURSE DIDN'T WANT TO LISTEN, SHE SAID PATIENT IS DISCHARGED ABOUT OXYGEN WAS NOT THEIR DUTIES 😡😡😡AAUSHEMM, FAILING OF NURSE TO TALKED FOR PATIENT,TALKED AS ANY PERSON FROM STREET SHOWING HAVING NO KNOWLEDGE OF GOING TO ORDERING SHEET TO CHECK WHAT DOCTOR PRESCRIBED FOR PATIENT 😡. THAT NURSE WITH BAD ATTITUDE SAID SHE CANNOT DO IT, ASKING MYSELF IS SHE KNOW '' BATHO PRINCIPLES ''? 😡😡😡😡WHY NOT WANT TO WORK STAY AT HOME! ***** WHEN I ARRIVED AT MEDICLINIC I GO VIA MANAGEMENT TO LAY COMPLAINT, I REPEATED THAT STORY WHAT HAPPENING, THEY SAID ME TO WRITE DOWN THAT COMPLAINT SUDDENLY CALLED THAT NURSE SAID TO STOP WRITING, TO LISTENING THAT NURSE WITH BAD ATTITUDE, TALKED THINGS NOT HAD BEING SAID TELEPHONICALLY, MANAGEMENT OPPRESSED ME AS THEY USED FAVOURED TO THEIR NURSE, FAILING TO RESOLVED THE PROBLEM, THEN I SAID BEFORE I GO, I AM GOING TO PUBLISH THEM, BECAUSE THEY SEEMS AS NOT GOT SKILLED OF SOLVING PROBLEM, AND OTHER PEOPLE WILL SEEN THIS MEDICLINIC BETHLEHEM ARE FAILERS FROM MANAGERS😡😡😡😡😡. ****AGAIN OTHER WEAKNESSES OF MEDICLINIC BETHLEHEM, AS I BOUGHT PATIENT BIG BALL PEN ******, HAD BEING ******!!! 😡😡😡😡. *****WHEN I AND PATIENT BEING +- 30KM AWAY FROM BETHLEHEM TO QWAQWA, THEY PHONED SAID THEY FORGOT TO GIVE US PRESCRIPTIONS OF PATIENT, WE TURNED BACK TO MEDICLINIC AGAIN, WASTING PETROL, TIME AND CONDITIONS OF PATIENT GOING UP AND DOWN IN MISTAKEN OF NURSE AGAIN AND SECURITIES FEELING US VERY SORRY FOR THAT ATTITUDE MANAGEMENTS CAN SAYING IT IS GOOD AS THEY ARE THERE ON THAT POSITIONS WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE 😡😡😡😡. I SAYING TO MANAGERS KEEP IT UP TO THAT BAD THINGS😡😡😡. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED MEDICLINIC BETHLEHEM TO ANY ONE, BUT I CAN SAYING IT IS BETTER PEOPLE CAN GO TO BUSAMED HOSPITAL HARRISMITH.
