Medicross the berg

Today was below freexing temprature friday the 7 of june 2024. I called medicross the berg to schedule and appointment for my 16 day old baby they then instructed me that i dnt need make an appointment i could come in anytime between 8 and 12 only to be told something came up. I mean u allowed me to come out in the freeeeeezzzzing cold!!! With my baby just to be turned away ... this behavior is disgusting and unprofessional she has no regard gor human life whatsoever
