BEWARE OF BLATENT THIEVERY

The number they used to subscribe me on is exclusively a work number and only for office hours, it is NOT used for private business. On 2023-09-06 I received an sms informing me I had subscribed to Medisim. I had no idea what this was and tried to unsubscribe unsuccessfully on the number they gave. On 2023-09-07 I had to use MTN's USSD codes to stop them. I received a message that the subscription service to Medisim has been cancelled. That was after they stole R6-00 of my airtime. Between 2023-09-07 they again subscribed me 5 more times to this service which I again cancelled. They have ****** approximately R18-00 so far. I tried e-mailing them but my E-mail was rejected by them. I phoned them on 2023-10-03 fed up with this thievery. I told the call center person that I will be contacting ICASA and laying a case of ***** and theft at the police station where I work. She promised me she will remove me from their database. She did not do that. They just subscribed me again. Beware of this company as they are very dangerous. I do not and will never recommend them ever. If this is their kind of service they render by thievery I shudder to think what medical treatment they would render.
