Useless health department

I was transferred to Medunsa from hammanskraal jubilee hospital.I waited for more than seven month's to operated for compact at dental clinic.I suffered pain and went two times without operation told machine is not working.they have appointment book to call us not coming since machine are not working.what is batho pele principles. I need to be compensated. Ombudsmen for health help me.my time,money and pain suffering.
