This is the worst way of ordering your repeat medication through Discovery/medxpress. Every month is a issue in ordering, it will tell you not enough time has elapsed to reorder. mean time it is more than 30 days that have lapsed and you still cant order. This cause you to run out of medication, negatively impacting your health. Try to get hold of them it is impossible. Discovery apparently gives you the means to order medication when you only have 5 days supply left, this is totally false. always takes longer than 30 days before you can order again. tried again this morning, no luck. WORST SERVICE EVER!

MedXpress hasn't had a call centre that you can call for a long time. Your only means of contacting them is to log a query on Discovery's website, which has a 24 hour turn around time. If you insist on not having a way for clients to contact you urgently, then you NEED to stick to your turnaround times, especially on Fridays. I uploaded a script before 12:30 on Friday, which should have been captured within 2 hours. It wasn't even captured before by 17:00 (which is more than double the turn around time), leaving me without meds for the weekend, but I have no means of contacting MedXpress other than logging a query which has a 24 hour turn around time.

Good day I choose to use Medxpress to ensure my medication is delivered to my door. I got a script from my doctor and uploaded it. My first month my medication was supp**** to me without a problem and delivered on time to my address. The second month I started having issues with delivery. They told me that now they were not sure where my house is (but the previous month it was delivered correctly). December I ordered my medication and it was dispensed on the 21st of December 2023. Up to today I have not received the delivery. Last week I was contacted by RAM Couriers after I followed up, and they said that the address given to them was incorrect. They tried to contact me but every time I was in a meeting and could not take the call. I phoned back and they did a change of address and assured me that the delivery will go out on Friday the 5th of January 2024. I asked them to please make sure it goes out because on some of my medication, I ran out a week ago. Friday afternoon they gave me a call again and told me the driver is in Fochville and is lost. He cannot phone me because the number supp**** to him was a fax number. I do not know where they got that from, because the office of RAM phoned me on the same number the driver has. They assured me my medication will be delivered today. Well, it is 14:02 already, and I have not received a single delivery. Bottom-line is, I am epileptic, and I only have enough medication (Tegretol & Epitec) for this week. I already ran out of my pain medication more than a week ago. Those I need for pain management for my trigeminal neuralgia. I will never use Medxpress again.

They are an absolute disaster, my medication is incorrect, it is impossible to contact them, they don't return e mails, they send messages which are incorrect and never respond to my replies. They are the worst organization to work with. And I have a serious medical condition that needs professional help not this terrible or no assistance.

Failed to deliver my medication but sent sms saying delivered. Failed to call me regarding my query but sent sms saying we tried calling you. Looks they're in the business of lying to people rather than delivering medication

If I could give a 0 star review I would. MedXpress do not bother to READ scripts. Its been the second month in a row that they have blocked my order for the simple reason of NOT READING MY SCRIPT. As someone with epilepsy it is absolutely crucial I take my medication! I don't understand how your so called 'client relationship managers' can be so useless as to tell me I have been taking my medication for 13 months meanwhile I came out of hospital in June which is TWO months ago! My scripts are for 30 days every month however MedXpress for some reason has it down for a month and a half. In July I was told that they were gonna lift the block because it was their mistake, now the EXACT same thing happened in August. I don't know if this is a discovery issue or a MedXpress issue but MedXpress keep blocking my orders. I spoke to a lady and I don't want to mention her name but she has told me her superior will call me so I can log a complaint but still have not received a phone call. Didn't know it was so complicated to make a chronic illness medication order.
