VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OR ****MERS!
I ordered an adapter from them, paid the price and an additional R180 for shipping. When received, the part was faulty. They have a 7 day return policy and I contacted them the first day when tested, only to take 3 days to respond to my messages after I asked if they are going to respond or if I should take it further. Their response was "Good day apologies for the late response the remote connector was working when we sent, it was tested." I told them that it doesn't proof anything to me as the part definitely did not work when received. And that they have a 7 day return policy which I would like assistance with. I then received a very unprofessional response: "we do not guarantee power supplies" . This is not stated on their return policy as they guarantee a 7 day return on all products. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OR ****MERS!

Exceptional service
I ordered a chandelier online from Mega Lighting in Port Elizabeth on Friday 17 February 2023 after hours My package was safely delivered in Pretoria on Monday 20 February 2023 at NO extra cost. This is exceptional service. I can recommend the company for any Lighting purchases. The chandelier is of very good quality and the price was reasonable. Thank you very much for your professional service.
