Untrusted secondhand vehicle sales
Would not recommend Klerksdorp Mega Theron Car sales for any vehicle deals. Dishonesty. Sold me a Modified VW which was tampered with as well the vehicle i paid for cash on 28 May and still have not received the log book or registration documents as what i paid for. These guys are not trust worthy. I took the vehicle on delivery to VW as it was over fuelling and could not select gears.

Mega Theron Traders / Haval / Chery Klerksdorp
It deserves less than one star! The Haval / Chery / Meg Theron Group Klerksdorp is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with and the worst of all is, I bought from them before, without problems. In October we bought a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro and the entire experience has left a bitter taste. The car itself is phenominal and I love my car however the dealership is where the distatefulness lies. They lie, mislead and deceive customers and when you confront them with the discrepancies, they just ignore you. NEVER EVER buy from them, rather go to the car group directly.

Mega Theron Traders / Haval / Chery Klerksdorp
It deserves less than one star! The Haval / Chery / Meg Theron Group Klerksdorp is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with and the worst of all is, I bought from them before, without problems. Never ever by used car from this dealership. Bought Nissan XTrail from them just to find out there is no guarantee or warranty what so ever unless you pay for it. Had to wait almost a month just to get registration papers

Vehicles NOT UP TO STANDARD
Bought a vehicle from Potchefstroom branch. There was a problem with one of the parts on the vehicle and told me the part was orderer to be received next year but in the mean time they made a plan and assured me the vehicle was save to drive with. 2 weeks after receiving the vehicle, the engine was giving a over heating signal and also low battery. The car broke down and I had to get a tow truck. When opening the trunk I saw how dirty it is underneath the flap. I then saw I had no jack nor spare wheel. The engine was also dirty. I had to wait several days for them to come and collect my car to go in for repair and find out what the heck is going on and give me a courtesy car. Please make sure about the vehicle before you buy it.

Unfulfilled promises Mega Theron Klerksdorp
Bought a vehicle in July from Mega Theron Klerksdorp. Pre-sales service was great, post-sales was horrible. Car had a few snags before I purchased it, salesperson promise to have these all fixed. I had to keep making multiple follow ups to get anything done. License and registration papers arrived a week after the disc had expired. Had to drive back to Klerksdorp to get the repairs done - was promised fuel reimbur*****t, never got it. No service book for the car even though they claimed it had only been owned by the dealership prior to me purchasing it. I'm driving the car using a spare key - was promised the original key and never got it. Tried to escalate my grievances to Michelle and she referred me to the guy that was giving me issues. Poor, disappointing after-sales service all round.

Extremely happy with the excellent service received from Reghardt Koekemoer at Chery Klerksdorp when my wife and I purchased a Navara... He went out of his way on a Sunday to let us view the vehicle and kept us updated every step of the application like a Swiss clock. Exceptional work ethic and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Quick and efficient and a credit to Chery Klerksdorp
