Megatronic sa bad workmanship

To other potential client. I would warn you with caution to use this business. They would keep you guessing when you would get your car back, cureently what was supposed to take 5 -7 days to fix is now 2 weeks. Everytime there is a new excuse why I dont get my car. They make sure you pay them in full and then you dont get your vehicle back on time.

They keep promising that I would get my car back but never delivery on their promises. They told me my car is ready, just to get there and find out its still is broken and that i went there for now reason but to waste my time. They would make exuse card payment is broken and the i must eft. That is how they got the full payment but yet i dont have my car.

The vehicle has a tracking unit it in and i can see my car is used to go home at night and back to work. I have never seen where test driving is to home residents. But yet my car is not fix. According to the tracker the speeding with my car and doing all sorts of joyride but i dont get my car back.

They really come across helpful but in the end its just a ploy and you stuck without a car and you struggle to get your car back. You have to deal with a lady that has no idea what is going on and doesnt really have much information and get all the bad information.

At this point i just want my car back. My money back and would rather take my car to a more reputable business. The frustration and patience that one has endure is astonishing and outright wrong.

But i can guarantee that i would get my car back in a worse state and the owner would suggest and imply that is how its done and as a customer my expectation is wrong and that he has never had this with other customers.

Worse experience that i have been put through. For a simple repair as per Audi itself has now turned into a nightmare.

I will be reporting this business to the ambudman for the automotive industry. M

So i finally go my car back. And per the owner just because he socalled fixed megatric is fix the car is fix. But its not, the car does not switch gear is it needs to. It shutters every time it tries to change gears. But to the owner of this business it fix. On my video clip you can even see how the jumps out of gear reving up and then shutters back into gear. At o e point the reved up to 4k and still does not changes gear. Requiring me to stop switch the car off and then try again. Every gear change the shutters doesnt matter if you it needs to gear up or down. Manual is not even better. As per the owner its adaptive and when it manual and you change gear it shutters too as its not properly engaged.

To him. That is a fixed car. The cow also has damaged on the bottom where they jacked it up. It has broken intake plastic. Although willing to replace the additional damages that they did. But he is unwilling to refund me for a still not running car that shutters into a gear and is on all accounts not fix.

You can be sure to see a reply where owner will blame the customer (me) but the fact that the car is not running is to him a fix car.

Next will be to have the car rather repairs by Audi. But i would not advise that you have your car repairdled here.
