I wouldnt work with them again

I am the Thandeka Nkosi that wrote a review on 15/09/2025 for Meijer attorneys. And all I said in that review was that I wouldnt work with them again, but after the phone call today(16/09/25) and their response, I think its only fair that I explain exactly why, I indeed took time to settle about R40344.83 required from me to cancel(which I paid btw out of my own pocket) which is exactly why I was saying I would not go with these attorneys if selling out of financial difficulties, My review was referring to the way Angelique handled the matter, most first time clients don't really know how the legal side works, and I have proof that from the 23rd of May 2024 I sent Angelique a message on whatsapp(we have been using this platform all along) asking if I can settle the bond on the 25th. She rep**** 5 days later(28May25) claiming that i **** to the agent about them not communicating and later on claimed that they have been communicating ''daily''. I did make the payment on the 25th and was hoping to get a message to confirm receipt, nothing. At the time I did mention that I would escalate her behavior and she said "go ahead" (screenshots attached on google review). In future, please learn how to engage with clients in a way that reflects the moral compass of your company.
