I purchased an item from Melhor just before lockdown and after countless emails and empty promises all has gone quiet. Melhor no longer answers emails or calls. Do not purchase anything from them , they are nothing short of fraudsters.

Ripped off by Melhor. Ordered a Tefal Air Fryer in March at cost of R +/-6000. Kept on being told that it was about to be delivered. Nothing arrived. Emails go unanswered and phone goes straight to voicemail.EasyPay will not refund my money as they no longer have an account with Melhor. These people are thieves. Do not order from them.

Made a purchase on the 15th of March 2020... received no communication during lockdown period until I sent an update email. Received no further communication even after the restrictions were lifted. I sent an email on the progress of the delivery in June however I received no response. I went through their website and discovered the website has been taken down. No one has attempted to give me an update on whether I'll be getting a refund or a delayed delivery date. I've dealt with a numerous internet service providers and this is by far the most the worst and disappointing provider in such a competitive industry.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE !! Order 5388 paid 18 March and still no delivery or refund and no reply to emails !!!!! My little boy has waited 4 months for his birthday present. Disgusting!

Ordered on 14 March 2020. Still waiting. Had a few answers on when they will ship at the opening of stage 3 of lockdown but no response since. Does not answer to emails and cell number from Facebook (067 868 5361) goes straight to voicemail. Does not even respond when contacted from a different email account to one the order was placed with. The website (www.melhor.co.za) also down with only a message and support email address for Shopify. Looks like these people has disappeared with my money.
