I placed an order for 7 pairs of pants on 18 October 2025 to which I received 1 pair on 23 October. I have sent several emails and WhatsApp messages since to follow up and the last correspondence I received back from them was on 19 January! I have requested updates and feedback, and now I've requested a refund because 5 months is unacceptable to wait! I'm now being ignored. 6 Pairs of pants is not cheap and I haven't received them, nor have I gotten my money back. I am so disappointed and disheartened. I do NOT recommend Happy to provide proof of everything

I ordered my jeans in Oct, I sent a message last week, this was their response" Hi there, Apologies for delay response. Thank you for your message. We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the delay and understand how difficult extended waiting periods can be. At present, we are working through a large operational backlog due to manufacturing delays, seasonal factory closures, and extended confirmation timelines from our production partners. As a result, response times are longer than usual while we prioritise production follow-ups and order fulfilment. Please be assured that your order is active, paid for, and already logged in our system. We are fully aware of all outstanding orders and are actively tracking them — repeated follow-ups are not required for us to monitor progress. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as sending multiple messages or repeated queries does not speed up the process and unfortunately diverts administrative time away from production coordination and order resolution. This can delay updates further for everyone involved. Regarding refunds, we need to clarify that refunds are not offered on pre-order or pending production items once processing has commenced. These orders are fulfilled through a production and allocation process and cannot be cancelled once underway. At this stage, we are still awaiting the next confirmation from the factory before we can provide a more precise update. As soon as we receive further information, we will communicate it directly. Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans in October for a Christmas present, It is now February and they have still not sent my order after promising 4-6 weeks max turnaround time. They have spun some story about delays and rain and holidays etc, etc, but now have stopped responded to texts or emails and I cannot get hold of anyone. I have requested a refund but no response. They have ****** my money and make no apologies for it. Be cautious when dealing with Melody Clothing.

The reality: 26 Weeks waiting. No refund. No pants. Blocked by the company on Social Media. Pre-Orders do not take 3-5 Weeks as stipulated when ordering. I ordered on pre-order, so there was a bit of extra waiting time, but once my pants arrived, it was absolutely worth it. The quality is amazing, the fit is perfect, and you can really feel the difference compared to other brands. Sometimes good things take a little longer, and in this case, I’m really happy I waited. Would definitely order again.
