Fraudulent purchases done after my card was cloned at Black Bamboo
On Tuesday 5 June 2018 I went to your restaurant in Menlyn(Black Bamboo). It was my sisters birthday and after rthe dinner we had I paid for the bill. This was on Tuesday night and on Wednesday I came to work and today at 18:37 I received a message from my bank notifying me that I purchased something to the value of R4 000.00 from Bag It. And when I called my bank I was told that the purchases that were made were via my card. The only explanation I gave is that it was cloned at your restaurant as this was the last place I used. Tell me if I, as the client do not feel safe at your place, how do you expect us to come back there again. I'm sitting at work and R4 000.00 comes off fro my account please come back to me and tell me how did such a thing happen at your place. I need answers. I'm about to take this to all social media's. I need answers.

Closure over Christmas time
<p>"Always Open"? Not true - as this Hotel closed down on us on the 24th December. They've accepted our booking & deposito well in advance, but not deliver to the expected service. We've arrived on the 23rd (planned to stay till the 26th, after Christmas), but we rather left the next morning (24th) after being informed that all services (kitchen, restaurant etc) will be closed on 24 & 25th. Why were we not informed about this well in advance, when we enquired regarding available accommodation for Christmas? Not even Hotel guests could be accommodated for Christmas lunch (wonder if it still took place, given the "closure"?) Paying 5-star rates for only a bed, even in lovely surroundings with sculptures and stylish interior, is just not worth it. This was a case of "over-promise, and under-deliver". Worst hospitatlity experience ever! (and we are keen, regular travellers)</p>

The Best service in the world
I have slept in a lot of hotels due to my extensive traveling, but it was my first time sleeping at Menlyn Boutique Hotel.<br> <br> 1.I found the staff very friendly<br> 2.The beauty of the rooms just makes your jaws drop.<br> 3.The food made my taste buds tickle(I ate poached egg, avocado and smoked salmon) <br> And also I must mention that the parking is very secured and is free.<br> <br> I had the best night and I don't think you have seen the last of me. Furthermore I would encourage anybody that need a hotel to not look further than Menlyn Boutique Hotel.<br> <br> Best Regards<br> Dr.M.Mashola<br>
