Why before now, I have not acknowledged the outstanding service provided by Menlyn Brake and Clutch (Pretoria) in servicing my car annually for 12 years, I am ashamed to admit “I have no plausible excuse”. In not having complimented Paul and Mike sooner, I have done them a disservice. Their integrity is unquestionable, attention to detailed analysis of potential problem areas a passion, and resolution of problems, determined. Crucial to service provision, is communication with customers. by keeping them informed of fault finding and expert advice on what is required to resolve issues. Paul and Mike have never failed to keep me in the loop in this regard - a key element to a trusting business relationship. The service / repairs are invariably done to a high standard, so much so that in the 12 years, not once have I experienced a ‘come-back’ situation. For the reasons given, Menlyn Brake and Clutch (Pretoria) come highly recommended if you are looking for reliability, integrity, expertise, and a persistent effort to provide a quality service.
