Mixed experiences, mostly left feeling small and disrespected

Every time I’ve dealt with a woman I’ve had a pleasant experience. They’ve been friendly, respectful and patient to explain processes to me. The men are condescending and rude. They treat you like an inconvenience and don’t respond well when asking questions to understand what documents are needed. I’ve been here at least 4 times and the treatment is consistent. Staff development training is required.
