Terribly slow delivery speeds
I'm sorry but in this day and age I don't understand why it has to take a whole 7 days before I can get my order, it's not like I leave in a rural area, the fact I can order on Takealot or superbalist and get my order within 48 hours why can it not be the same with you

I bought oxy facial products through them, together with selsun shampoo and I received an amazing service.ordering from their website is so simple,the payment method is hassle free one doesn't struggle to make payment.My order only took upto 5 days to reach Limpopo and I was happy to receive my order well packed and intact.They also communicate very well once you place an order, and even email courier details .I was very happy and I won't hesitate to order again ☺️☺️

deep heat does not work as it claims
have used deep heat many years recently bought a tube and to my unpleasant suprise it does not work.<br> i tried move and it does what deep heat use to do<br> my complaint is that i dont enjoy deep heat like i use to as it does not appear to be strong or work anymore<br> kind regard Mr J Fraser

I have purchased a product of Mentholatum S.A. at the end of January 2015, The product is called oxy pads. I use the product on a regular basis as part of routine.
