I book my car Mercedes -Benz C220 BlueTE for oil leak repair September 2023 until this day it has incurred so many problems in their hands. I was quoted R68000, when I was suppose to get my car, they told me the car does not have power and they quoted me on R76000, since then for almost 18months the car has been in their workshop and every time I go there I got told different stories whilst they were fidgeting with the car, proven by a huge thick job document Now in February 2025 I was told that they discovered that the fault was in the Turbo and new it will cost R80000 extra unless I look somewhere where its cheaper. It was taken out and I took it to Germiston Flight Specialist who found that there was nothing wrong with the turbo. I then requested to take the car to my mechanic but they said it is not the company policy to release the car not fixed. Instead of paying R76000 I found my self having to R92852.70 We requested test driving because the car has been a while in their workshop and that pile of document for what was done on that car for almost 18 months. To my shock and dismay no-one could assist us with that. Instructed to take the car, if there is anything wrong we must call. On inspecting the car the driver key lock was exposed without its cover, which was found inside the car, indicating that there was something wrong with starting or locking system, The passenger door not opening inside, the side window faulty. When I booked my car it was for oil leak only and everything was working well, until to day I don't have that car. It incurred all the problems in their hands

I took in my car for service for about a month everyday I call they tell me different story in they are not available and they don't give feedback untill call its going for 5 weeks now

I bought my vehicle at this dealership 17 years ago and have serviced it regularly every year since 2007. However, after the disgusting manner in which I was treated after spending over R20k on a service, I will never return.

Do not mistaken expensive brands with good service! Every time I have to make a booking to their service department I cringe! The worst customer service ever! Its the third week my vehicle is in for repairs and my service agent keeps sending incomplete documents to my warranty company which means they can't authorize payment! Frustration of it all is that they had promised to give me a rental vehicle whilst they wait for my parts to be fitted. 3 weeks later I'm not even getting comms from the dealership! Korisha Sheik your service is appalling bringing this brand to disrepute!

All Mercedes Benz Branches are not linked anymore and on their own. If they don't have a part, they can't check if another branch has. Basically, each Mercedes Benz is now independent. On top of that, Mercedes Benz parts for all South African independent branches are now on back order from Germany. There are no parts.

A Mercedes x250 was bought by Mr. Themba M. SIbeko at Mercedes East Rand and has had problems with the exhaust sensors 6 months after purchase. It has been unusable for almost a year now yet Mercedes insists he continues to pay for it. They say they are not able to source parts for it.

Trying to get hold of the service department to book my car in for a service. The receptionist Bongi is so rude. No calls to Service Manager are allowed Only one person working in the service department and she will return your call when she gets a chance. Disgusting to say the least

Poor poor horrible customer service by the dealership and the service advisor by the name Linda. Worst person and experience I have ever experienced. I brought the car for service it's been more than 3 weeks, no update, nothing.
