So disappointed in Mercedes Benz Wonderboom dealership. Should have listen to my gut feelings. My car never gave me problems , now that it’s from there it has major things. The customer service is bad. No technician talks to you or advice. They allocate everything to a booking agent. Collected my car yesterday after weeks and weeks , no technician has spoken to me or checked up on me. I’m so disappointed , the service was bad!!!!!!! After collecting the car I still have to focus on it again after they kept it for long. They took advantage that I’m a woman I don’t know anything, but that shouldn’t be the case. This is my car and I’m entitled to know. I’ve been driving for years and had many cars. Never experienced such service and no communication from a dealership. I believe in thorough work!!!! And going over board. Then leaving other things without explaining !!!!! What if those things affect my car!!!!! And I don’t need to drive it, why not advise on service and I’ll pay for it??????? Nothing was just left the way it is!!!!!

One of the best dealership from sales and maintenance staff. Tebogo has been outstanding prior of purchasing the vehicle and constant communication after the sales. It has been over a year now and we still in touch. Booking for service has been made easier and good reception.

I send my B class Mercedes for diagnose after I head a sound from the front between engine and gearbox they did run the diagnose but the results was he issue of engine mountain and brake disc and I agave them the go ahead then in the 15 03 2024 I collect it then when I drive back home there sound was there I paid R15500 then on the 18 03 2024 I took it back for recheck now they are assuming that it can be a fly wheel or inside the engine I wonder wich system did they use not to see or pick this problem now I’m not sure what to trust anymore and I was charged for car wash but when I got it there were oils on the bumper I took pics and the sound is still there please assist and now is worse that before when I take it for diagnose my worry I payed but still same sound is there what was the payment for and why their system didn’t pick up this problem so they assume and put mountains engine and didn’t receive the old parts that were removed so I can get evidence if they were replaced I’m so devastated please assist

They sell unreliable used cars. buying used cars from them is a pain. When you return the car they themselves can’t even take it back. Poorest service you wouldn’t want to try. The used car manager Johan Van Niekerk is very rude and unhelpful. Maybe because I’m black.
