Bad Service ever

one of Meridian agents, Rose, in relation to a property I recently purchased in Pine Slopes, Lonehill Although the transfer process was not finalized, I arranged to move into the property on a rental basis during that period. I signed a lease agreement confirming that I would move in on 2 April 2026.All arrangements, including the meeting time for the handover, were discussed and agreed upon with Rose. I had clearly communicated to Rose Tarr that I use two email addresses and requested that all important communication be shared accordingly. On the day of the scheduled handover, I arrived as agreed with a moving truck and my daughter, only to be left stranded outside the estate. Rose informed me that I should have checked my emails, so that i can have access and fingerprints for the complex which I find highly unprofessional and unacceptable given our prior discussions and arrangements. Also, the list she could have done is to make a simple phone call. This experience was extremely distressing and emotionally upsetting, especially as I was left outside with my child and belongings, without any assistance or proper access to the property. Furthermore, upon eventually gaining access, I found that the property had not been properly cleaned. I have taken photographs and videos as evidence of its condition.
