HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Waited 3 years to get a trade test date. Studied through College of Cape Town. MerSeta has been non responsive, sending other candidates details on my forms, including wrong campuses. Tried phoning all of their offices, no answer, mailing, no reply. Finally completed traded test successfully in November 2024 and now no response regarding certificate which is necessary and required by employers. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP US! 063 878 3504 we just want to get on with our lives. MerSeta needs to be held accountable for playing with 1000s of young candidates future. Even tried contacting department of higher education, no answer, no reply.
