Admin Fees and Interest Charged While Waiting Months for Reconciliation

I requested an account reconciliation from this property management company because I needed clarity on the charges reflected on my account. Despite sending several emails, it took months for them to finally provide the reconciliation.

What is concerning is that during the entire period while the account was under query, the company continued to add admin fees and charge interest on the disputed amount. Instead of addressing this issue, they keep sending the same ledger without explaining why these additional charges were app****.

Customers should not be penalized with extra fees while waiting for a reconciliation that was requested multiple times. I have asked them to review the account and reverse the admin fees and interest that were added while the account was under dispute, but the issue still remains unresolved.
