Poor customer service at MDSA
There are no after-sales services provided. I have called multiple times over the past few months regarding two invoices for the metal detectors I purchased online. Each time, they promised to email the invoices, but I have yet to receive them. If they can't even provide a basic invoice, I doubt they will handle repairs, warranties, or any other issues effectively. Additionally, the shipping for the first detector was only completed after I inquired about it more than two weeks later.

METAL DETECTORS SA CANT DETECT ANYTHING, THEY ONLY ***** CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!!!!!
Yet another online South African Company of *******!!! I bought and paid for a Garret handheld metal detector from these idiots on the 20th of February 2025. I have been sending them e-mails on a regular basis trying to find out when I will receive my metal detector, but the only feedback that I do receive from these people is a read receipt. Since last week I have been unable to log into their website, there is also no phone numbers to reach them that currently is in working order???? Please do not buy anything from these ********s as they will only take your money and not deliver anything. I Whish there was a way that online businesses could be properly vetted so that customers could stop loosing money due to ******** *****sters like Metal Detectors SA.

Think carefully before buying from Metal Detectors SA
We app**** for finance via Digirent to purchace a metal detector that was on sale, herein lies the catch they do not have stock on what they are running the sale on. Their financing department approved us on the 4th and there were just execuses to this day as to why I did not receive my metal detector. We then contacted them to find out what is going on and they said that stock was inbound in 2 weeks. 2 Weeks past and I get another execuse as to why it is not here, apprarently there was some big thing at customs, to this day I am still searching for the news article on mybroadband to explain what the hold up is. (Still have not found it). Anyway we decided to cancel the order but the financing department convinced us to give it another shot, here we are today at the end of January 2025 and no metal detector and we just canceld the financing and purchace. I would not recommend anyone do business with either these companies as they lack the understanding and professionalism that is expected of a business. There is absolutly no communication from either party.
