Not accepting liability after admission

Metier mixed concrete shedded cement from their truck NU116-039 whilst driving on the highway on the 31st of March - after contacting the drivers Manager - Charlie,he submitted a claim with Santam to repair our windscreen. The driver admitted guilt. - been battling with the claim since then to now,giving the company & Santam all the necessary proof required. after being advised by Santam and the broker that the claim has been processed and they are just waiting for Mixed Metier to pay the excess,in order to repair my windscreen. I had to find out that they are refuting liability because the client says that the truck was clean? why would they submit a claim,the driver admitted guilt.I have proof of the damages as well as the concrete drops. this all was given with the claim & yet they refuse the claim. I will fight this it is ridiculous!<br> <br>
