Metro Wrong personal information and court day which was 2020

I came to ask for an assistance regarding my ticket of R350,which was written untidy also had a date of 2020/12/12 Court day & my ticket was given to me on 2June 2026 then it was scratched by the officer when I asked about my court day that was wrong.

And for the ticket it was woes because I was in an exit lane or stop from the garage and the names weren't mine as I fought for that as an unemployed person still I didn't get help,then came to court in Sometseu in Durban the lady was very arrogant had no passion for the job she's in
