Disrupted wifi

My network was working smooth until this morning agent. From Metro fibre came to install and I told him fibre was installed last year and everything is working smooth he said he needs to double check he had a machine I don't know what he did but since he left I had no connection since 8:30 I can't even get through them

How is it that my contract was cancelled last year yet every month I'm being debited an I have WiFi connection? Can someone called back and fix this</div>
