Since Saturday, 27 January 2024, I have had no water and I have run out of options. We are unable to flush toilets properly, do our washing, bath, etc I have asked the relevant Political Parties and OUTA for help but help is not forthcoming Reported this on SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and again TODAY (DAY6) to Metsi-a-Lekoa after in the excess of 30 telephone calls because listed telephone numbers are no longer available or not answered. Trying to phone anybody from a Management Perspective is useless as they either do not exist or do not answer Reference: 491933 087 310 3424 I have messaged the Chief of Metsi-a-Lekoa (082 900 2227), Minister of Water & Mineral Affairs and Customer Care with no response info@dws.gov.za (info@dws.gov.za) mogotsik@dws.gov.za (mogotsik@dws.gov.za) customercare@emfuleni.gov.za (customercare@emfuleni.gov.za)

Electricity people hit a water pipe literally ran away. Gives a excuse they phoned metsi lekoa. And these people are just giving a damn that precious water is going to waste. You phone a lady by the name or Lydia picks up even gives you a reference number 475742. Promise you she is sending someone out. And no one is coming. Your service sucks

Good day It's has been over a week since we had no pressure in my taps and I've tried contacting the municipality of which they said someone will attend to me in 2days . Nobody had come through so I got alternative details via the website and spoke to MR Madoda besani 082 900 2227 because the line land is not working and still the personal that responded has not yet delivered on his promise Ref:443730

My name is Xolane, I stay in Palm Springs 719 section E and have a sewage blockage since March but nothing is being done till date. I'm being pushed from pillar to post . I've been speaking to Oscar Sebolo (Technician) who is apparently home sick but refuses to give information as to who he's liasing with. The ONLY excuse is that they have one car. My house is about to fall from the water and i get the same excuse everyday. I have an old woman in the house and kids. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO GET THIS SORTED... Next stop is the Media...

I have once complained about the water issue and they gave me a reference number my house number is 5846 Makhalima Street Zone 12 Sebokeng 1983 the 4 street from my house don't have water but the corner house at my street and the whole of Zone 12 have water, from my uderstanding they were going to do the water reduction/ low pressure but we don't have water at all it's rainy season the Vaal Dam will be reaching 100% son and they will open the dam while we don't have water . They promised us water but they can't deliver are we not the South Africans
