Shocking service and waiters demanding tips for useless service

Shocking service, rude waiters and then they not happy with the tip my group of friends gave them, and demanded we give her more tip. This all happened yesterday night at around 9pm at Melrose arch.

Never in my life something like this happened and I was with overseas guests. She just rushed us, did not smile, put the food like almost banging the plates in front of us and never once said thank you.

Don't waste your time to go to this place. Shocking service and place.
