Pathetic service after driver damages my car

Driver of this company drove like a maniac and overtook on the left shoulder whereby hitting up a stone that cracked my windscreen. I contacted the company, spoke to Nisrael and told him about his driver. I emailed him after he gave me his email adress and sent him pictures. I sent him the quotes to replace my windscreen and to date no one has bothered to even confirm my email or let alone contact me back. I have emailed, called numerous times. Nothing. Not even an apology is forthcoming. So this is how they do business and treat customers and law abiding users of the road. They condone their drivers behaviour in allowing this to go unpunished. PATHETIC. I wouldnt recommend them even if they were the only company left doing what they do.
