Payed for a phone and never received it! No one responds to emails or calls. ****mers! In debt cause of this transaction! Reported to the police and they could not assist. It’s been more than a year but still no response or solution.

I'm so disgusted by this company. Begining of July I bought some items which included a smart speaker. Upon receiving the speaker I didn't like it n I immediately called the company and told them I would like to bring it back as it was not what I expected and they sent a delivery company to fetch the speaker and I haven't been refunded till now. Was asked to send proof of banking details and a copy of my identity document in order to be refunded n I did. No communication from them. I call them from time to time. Today I called and a lady said she is going to contact finance and they will get back to me and never did. I hate ur poor service and lies. I just want my money back

Tried phoning mia.africa.com for support, Operator could not hear me because her kid was making too much noise in the background. Terminated call and phoned in again, same thing. Very unprofessional when your front line does this, what is the rest of the business like?

Tried phoning for support. Operator could not hear me because kid was screaming in the background. Terminated the call, waited a few minutes and phoned in again, still the kid in the background shouting and operator could not hear me. If the front line to a business is like this, what is the rest of the business like? They lost my business.

I bought a xiomi redmi 9T at takealot last year on the 4th of July 2021, it started giving me problems end of March this year. I sent a message to xiomi on the 1st of April 2022 informing them that my phone switched off and it doesn't want to switch on again and it doesn't even charge it's as good as dead. On the 4tg of April Matthew Hill from MIA support replied and advised me to return the device to the original place of purchase which is takealot because the device is still under warranty. I returned the device to takealot as advised. On the 19th of this month I received an email from takealot informing that the supplier says "Please be advised that the unit was retested and there is still no fault replicated." I then responded and informed them that what they saying is not true, unfortunately they insisted that the device has no fault and returned it on the 26. The phone is still not working, it's not charging and doesn't switch on at all. It's just a dummy phone. I wrote back to takealot on Friday morning the 27th to inform them that the device still not working, they replied and said they will go back to the supplier. I am still waiting for the response. I am very frustrated and extremely disappointed by the service I received. Kindly please assist
