province. The car is a used 2020 Peugeot 208 GT line with a value of R298000 on ABSA vehicle finance. The car was 49000 Kilometres on the clock. Few weeks after driving the vehicle, i got a call from ABSA informing me that the vehicle no longer has a warranty. Few weeks ago, i took the car for service, the parts that needed to be changed were amounting to R50 000 excluding labour. I contact MIA motors about the payment of the parts, they kept telling me that the warranty will pay knowing that the warranty of the car has expired a month before i bought the car from them. ABSA finance knowingly financed a vehicle without a warranty. From were i stand , i drove a vehicle for two months and the invoice of the parts that needs to be changed amounts to R50 000 without a warranty.
