Horrible Service by Club staff & the Management

On the 10th feb 2018, we had an event using the Middleburg Country Club, the experience form the club was horrible.

1) Hotel staff has a very stink/bad attitude, e.specially the lady by the name of Miranda including their Managing Director. 2) The rooms were we slept has stinking/smelly carpet. 3) The breakfast is horrible, I could not eat breakfast the following day. 4) the sound technician who was contracted to help us with the sound never came, Miranda lied about it because she was defending them....service is horrible in this club. 5) The place is old and behind in technology. 6) Were we slept, security doors are broken and it juperdises the visitors safety.

Any person wishing to utilise this venue, I warn you, do not use or hire this venue, they do not understand word SERVICE and giving people EXPERIENCE
