unhappy customer
Bought a top loader washing machine less than 5 months ago, it's the worst, clothes come out as dirty as they went in even when using a detergent. I literally have to wash my white clothes with my hands because they always come out with brown stains. 😒

Poor service
I bought a top loader washing machine I recently encountered problems with the machine I reported it a week ago… I am yet to receive their response or for them to show up I went back to the store where I bought the machine to find out what happened. The sales lady called them with no response … am just wondering why is it easy to sell us your product but difficult to fix them when we have problems…

Poor service

Never ending problems with after sales
Please never buy this product it's endless problems with aftersales, eventually got the ******* product returned to midea, and then was told to wait for a refund from takealot this is day 3 now no response from Midea or takealot I need my money back to buy a proper washing machine as I was sold a faulty machine but Midea doesn't have any customer service the just ignore any emails and phone calls get dropped. Very very bad service aslong as they can sell s**** to you the ate happy don't expect any afterwards from this company they are not worried about **** they sell or to resolve any problems

Midea after sales very bad... Just like the product
Bought a washing machine from takealot not even 3 months ago and now the machine needs replacement or repairs takealot doesn't cover the warranty I was told to contact midea. And I did but no response I want this machine replacement as the water level doesn't work correctly. I will not recommend Midea to anyone after sales is very bad I have another brand and needed assistance from them I got a response within 4hours of email

Great First Impressions: Midea Fridge Freezer
